Yarn / Raw Materials

Procurement of raw material ranging from all varieties of natural and man-made fibers such us Cotton / Viscose / Polyester / Modal / Linen / Lyocell and blends like Cotton-Viscose / Cotton-Linen / Cotton-Modal / Poly-Viscose. Lycra can be added in above combinations as per compositions and requirements. We are Capable and expertize of handling both knits and woven.

Knitting

We are highly capable of knitting all type of fabric such as basic structures and self-ornamentations in our associate knitting unit with full utilization and efficient to produce greige fabric capacity of 6000kgs/day

Processing

We are operating with HTHP Fully automatic Dyeing machine of capacities 25kgs, 100kgs, 250kgs and HTHP MCS Multi flow automatic dynamic dyeing machine of 540kgs, 720kgs, 1200kgs and 2000kgs with a dyeing output capacities of 6 Tons/day, with all finishing process set-up such as stentering and compacting.

Production

Strong in-house production line with highly qualitative and state-of-the-art machineries for the production with a storage magnitude of 450CBM. Latest machineries furnished for cutting and sewing process and skilled workforce for checking and ironing of the apparel till its final processes. Swing Units are with dedicated manual pattern making with band knife cutting and lay cutting table capacitative to cut fabrics with 63'lay length and 72" fabric width. Cumulative garment sewing capacity of around 1lakh pcs (Fashion styles with VAD)/1.5 lakhs pcs (basic styles)

Head Quarters at Poyampalayam with capacity of around 80 machines.
Fashion Blossom (Angeripalayam - Unit 2) - 40 machines

The company employees more than 30 skillful employes is in Admin, Sampling, Merchandising, Fabric, Production , Quality control, Document & Management staffs and wel trained technicians are more than 200 employes is in cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery & Garment washing peoples. The company cares for each & every employee and has in-built systems to recognize & reward them periodically.

PRODUCTIONS

We have our own apparel sewing factory with 120 machines. All machines are latest state of the art brand new jukiidry head machines (oil free) with capacity to produce 4000 to 5000 pcs/day.
