FABRIC − KNIT / WOVEN
We knithome Garments are associated with knitting units with brand new machines Mayer & Cie- Germany , Pailung - Taiwan capability to knit fabrics such as single jersey , Rib , Interlock , Pique , Jacquard designs , 2T , 3T Fleece , Auto Stripers , Etc with and without Lycra and all possible fabric ornamentations
We are associated with weaving Mills with Brand New looms such as rapier Ruti c − Germany , Airget Toyoto − Japan capability to weave all contractions and designs such as plain , voile , Jacquard , Satin , Twill Etc ,
Both knit and woven units are capable to handle fibers such as 100% Cotton , 100% Viscose , 100% Polyester ,100% Lyocell , 100% Modal , 100% Linen , 100% bamboo , 100% Pima Cotton , 100% Organic Cotton ( GOTS Certified ) Etc and with different blends with required compositions´
DYEING
We are associated with Processing units with updated state of art machineries Thiess - Germany , Brazzoli − Italy operating with HT HP fully automatic and HTHP MCS multiflow fully automatic dyeing machines capacity to handle ranges between 25 kgs to 2000 kgs ,
Our Processing units are capable to dye fabrics & Yarn made from fibers such as 100% Cotton , 100% Viscose , 100% Polyester ,100% Lyocell , 100% Modal , 100% Linen , 100% bamboo , 100% Pima Cotton , 100% Organic Cotton , Etc − with different blends of required compositions with production capacity of 6000 kgs/ Day and they are certified with and adhering OEKO TEX , GOTS standards , And our dyeing factories having in house stenter and compacting.
PRINTING / FINISHING
We are associated with Printing units with updated state of art machineries Stormac − USA and Lakshmi − India capable to handle up to 12 colours and types of prints like water base pigment , Kadi , Discharge , Reactive , burnout And all type of AOP and we are using finishing machines like BALANCO − ITALY , BRUCKNER − GERMAN
Our Printing units are capable to print all types of fabrics ( knitted & woven ) of natural , manmade blends with or without spandex is possible.
CHEST PRINT / EMB
We are associated with PRINTING & EMB units with updated state of the art machineries, For embroidery we using TAJIMA &BURDAN JAPAN capable to handle the up to 9 colours and for chest prints we are using MHM , M & R , sroque to achieve goods quality and finishing Materializing all designs established from fashion designers / stylists ideas, in the garments as per their wish.,
WASHES / TREATMENTS (VALUE ADDED)
We are doing all types of special washes / treatments such as silicon, bio , enzyme , stone ,acid , Wrinkle, crush , cold pigment dyeing , Garment dyeing ,pigment padding , Tie & dye ,Tip dye , space dye , lava etc …
